The enquiry form on this site asks for a name, phone number, email address, the package you are asking about, a preferred month, group size and a message. Yatranova needs to confirm what else is taken at booking, ID proof for hotel check-in, date of birth, an emergency contact, before this section can list it accurately.

This will state the purposes plainly: replying to your enquiry, quoting a package, holding a seat, and passing on the names a hotel or transporter needs. It should also say whether details are used to tell you about later departures.

Most enquiries here move to WhatsApp within a day. This section will say whether the number is also added to trip broadcast lists, and how to ask to be taken off them.

Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics are planned for this site but are not running yet, so nothing is being measured today. When they go live this section will name each one, say what it stores, and for how long.

A tour needs your name to reach hotels, transporters and guides, and the site itself runs on hosting and email services. This will list those recipients and confirm that details are never sold or rented on.

Enquiry emails and booking records both need a retention period, and a line on what happens to them once it passes.

How to ask for a copy of what Yatranova holds about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, and how long the agency takes to act on that request.

The address a privacy request should be sent to, and the name and contact details of a grievance officer if one is appointed under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
