What actually confirms a seat, a paid advance, a filled booking form, or both, how long a seat is held while you decide, and the point from which the cancellation policy starts applying to you.

Every tour page already lists its own inclusions and exclusions. This section is for the rules that sit across all of them, how a twin-sharing rate works, when a single-occupancy supplement is charged, and how a child is priced.

Reaching the pickup point on time, carrying valid photo ID, following the tour manager on timings and safety, and respecting the places and people on the route. It should also say what happens if a traveller has to be asked to leave the group.

Hill and high-altitude packages need travellers to be honest about heart conditions, asthma, pregnancy, recent surgery and regular medication. Yatranova needs to say whether a written declaration is required, for which trips, and what follows if something is not disclosed.

Group photographs from departures are how a tour operator shows its trips are real. This will say whether photos taken on tour may be used on this site and on Instagram, and how to tell the tour manager you would rather not appear.

What Yatranova is and is not answerable for, particularly where a hotel, transporter or airline is at fault, and whether travel insurance is required or simply recommended for each kind of trip.

Road conditions, weather and local closures move a day around more often than anyone would like. This will explain who decides a change, how you are told, and how any difference in cost is handled either way.

The law these terms are read under, and the city whose courts hear a dispute. Yatranova operates out of Vadodara, but the agency has to confirm the jurisdiction its own booking paperwork names.
